SQLSTATE: Integrity constraint violation: 104Refund And Return Policy
Timeline and Settlement:
- Return can be initiated and has to be done in 7 days after receiving the product.
- An instant return will not charge anything for return receiving but if anyone wants to return the goods after 1 day of receiving the customer will be charged for a delivery charge.
- A link will be placed for any type of return, refund, or replacement after the product delivery.
- If any good is found damage that has a warranty from the partner. Customers can only claim the warranty provided by the merchant.
- Grocery, Intangible Digital Items, Gift Cards, and Subscriptions, Services, Travel Packages, Food
- In the case of grocery and food items if the customer does not receive the delivery and puts a complaint we will resend the product or else the order will be canceled automatically.
- In case of replacing the product, a new delivery process will be initiated at the same order process depending on the availability of stock.
- Partner will accept the returned product and initiate the process of replacement if necessary or if the customer wants a refund then the partner will not stay eligible for any further payment for the order.
- We will send another delivery personnel for collecting the product if any return is initiated after the delivery to collect the product.
- Customer will receive the refund amount through the same channel he has paid the price for the order.
- This Refund process will take 14 working days.
- Delivery charge for the product will be refunded only if the product has been returned instantly during the delivery.
